1. Be over 18 years old;

4. Demonstrate sufficient funds to support themselves and the company’s operations in Portugal.

The selected applicant and his family members will obtain a Portuguese residence permit in as little as six to ten months, giving them the right to enter, reside in, work and study in the country.  They will gain access to Portugal’s high-quality healthcare and education systems. Furthermore, the applicants also gain access to visa-free travel inside the Schengen Area.

Applicants can apply for European citizenship or permanent residency after 5 years of obtaining the residence permit.
